Our History

Morland’s is a family-owned company that was founded in 1984 by Jerry Morland. Since being founded, we have grown to be a full service HVAC company specializing in residential and light commercial applications. Over the years, continued education and highly selective employment has helped us to offer a level of service and quality that our competitors cannot. Today, highly experienced technicians and office personnel comprise the Morland Heating & Air family (both literally and figuratively).
