1) The agreement above provides for up to a certain number of visits per year. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to schedule the visits within the year for which the subscription is purchased. Any visits not used within 365 days from the date of purchase will not be credited or honored at a later date.
2) The phone number and email provided above will be used as the point of contact for scheduling purposes. Up to three email reminders will be sent including instructions to schedule maintenance inspections. After the third email, up to three calls or texts will be made to the number provided above. After these six contacts, it will be assumed that the buyer is not interested in scheduling the maintenance visit. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to verify that emails and texts are deliverable and that the information above is accurate. 3) The services above are only for the items stated. Units are to be primarily inspected with light cleaning of dirt and debris that is typical of one year of use. If additional cleaning is required, it will be quoted at the time of services and approved by the home owner before work commences. Examples of items not included in routine inspections include removal of blowers, coils, unit jackets, or other unforeseen labor associated with poor access to the items in need or service.
5) By signing this agreement, you attest that you are the homeowner or have express permission from the homeowner to order these services. Any fees or costs associated with the maintenance visits will be the sole respobsibility of the person registering for the maintenance subscription.
